Hello! I’m glad you’re here. Probably the most important thing for you to know about me is that I'm passionate about getting to the root of whatever it is that you’re working on in therapy. Specifically, I’m interested in helping you deepen your relationship with your sub-conscious, your body (which is incredibly wise), and your internal dialogue, which is likely made up of many parts. I believe that you have many internal resources waiting to be accessed, regardless of your past or present experiences. Sometimes these resources are difficult to connect with through thoughts and/or words alone. I offer evidence-based depth-oriented psychotherapy designed to help you move through "stuck places" in your life.
